Léa Bayol is an experienced professional with a focus on risk management and sourcing in the dairy and plant-based cheese sectors. Currently serving as a Global Contract Manufacturing - Sourcing Manager at Bel since September 2017, Léa oversees tender and process management, project coordination, and contract negotiations. Previously, as a Global Risk & Crisis Manager, risk mapping and action plan implementation were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at Cartier, where Léa was involved in risk management process implementation, and a range of internships in risk assessment, CSR, and quality management with organizations such as CRIC Association, Airbus, and TECHSELL. Léa holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Global Risk Management from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.
