Maks Kuchko has had extensive work experience in the field of engineering and innovation activities. Maks began their career in 2009 at JSC BELAZ, where they worked as a design engineer of mechanical transmissions for almost a decade. In 2018, they joined Belaz and took on multiple roles, including Head of Department for Organization of Innovation Activities and Head of Design Bureau for Analysis and Perspective Planning. Maks Kuchko's expertise in these areas makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
Maks Kuchko completed their Bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences at Belarusian National Technical University from 2004 to 2009. Maks then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Innovation Management from the School of Business and Management of Technology at Belarusian State University, from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a General English Course certificate at the Upper Intermediate level (CEFR B2) from Streamline Language School in June 2022.
