Himmi Ray is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources for USA and Canada Operations at Belden Inc. since June 2012, Himmi Ray has played a crucial role in aligning people strategies with business growth plans. Previous roles at Belden include Director of Human Resources for the Global Products & Solutions Organization and Human Resources Head for India, alongside significant contributions to the APAC Head of Enterprise & Broadcast business unit. Prior to Belden, Himmi Ray worked as a Manager of HR at Alvarion Ltd., overseeing recruitment and manpower planning, and has held various HR roles at Eli Lilly and Company and ABB Lummus Global. Educational credentials include an MBA in HR from Amity University and a B.Com in Commerce from Kurukshetra University.
