Dwayne Tanner completed their high school education at Lake Highlands High School from 1983 to 1986. Dwayne then pursued their undergraduate studies at Rice University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Studies, Economics, and Political Science.
