Jan Van Looke possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and management systems within the nuclear and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Management Systems Task Force at Foratom since April 2013, Jan guides the nuclear industry on safety management system concepts, implementation, and operational excellence. In addition, Jan holds the role of Responsible Quality Assurance and ISO-coordinator at Belgoprocess, and previously acted as Quality Manager at Indupol International NV, Production Manager at Bopack Labels NV, and worked in various engineering roles at Estee Lauder NV. Academic credentials include an MBA from Hasselt University, an engineering degree in Chemistry from Groep T – Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, and studies in Business Administration at Hasselt University.
