Anh Phan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at SBW Paris in 2008. They then worked as a Market Research Assistant at GROUPE M6 in 2009. Anh joined Publicis Media in 2009 and held positions as a Digital Account Executive and later as a Digital Account Executive Assistant. They continued their career at Publicis Media and worked as a Team leader and Digital Account Manager for the LVMH Group from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Anh served as the Digital team Lead for the L'Oreal Group. In 2020, they took on the role of Directrice Stratégie Achat & Partenariats Digitaux at Publicis Media before joining Believe as the Global Head of Media Buying in 2022.

From 2009 to 2011, Anh Phan attended TBS Education, where they pursued a degree in International Business.
