Keith provides executive oversight for BELL’s Building and Transportation Divisions. He has overall responsibility for the direction, planning and implementation of the business plan for BELL. Keith monitors the services being performed by BELL’s team members for our clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and satisfaction has been achieved.
