Jairo Giovanni Parra

Jairo Giovanni Parra is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in customer support, service product management, technical service management, and domestic/international product sales. Currently serving as an Inside Sales/Product Manager and Service Development Manager at Bell and Howell since July 2017, Jairo oversees the onboarding of OEMs into the company's service offerings in robotics, production workflow, automation, and industrial mechatronics. Previous roles include District Service Manager Southeast and Director Sales Latin America at Sensible Technologies, LLC, and Director Sales South America at Bell and Howell, LLC, where Jairo managed customer service needs, resources, and new product installations. A well-rounded background is complemented by a BS in Business and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive and an Associate in Applied Science from UCNJ Union College.
