Jim Caparoso

Jim Caparoso has extensive experience in technical support and service management, primarily with Bell and Howell since 1986, where roles have included District Service Manager, Field Support Engineer, and Service Team Supervisor. In these positions, Jim has focused on supporting technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction across various regions, particularly in the New Jersey and New York areas. Additionally, Jim is the Owner/Operator of STEVLIN LLC, managing fence installation projects and customer service since 2003. Earlier experience includes being a subcontractor at Cedar Fence from 1983 to 2007, handling estimates, installations, and customer relations. Educational qualifications include an A.S. degree in Applied Science Technologies and an associate's degree in Electromechanical Technology from UCNJ Union College.
