Jon Eisert, MBA has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Jon started their career at Wells Fargo, where they worked as a Personal Banker from May 2008 to June 2009. Jon then transitioned to the role of Treasury Management Specialist from June 2009 to June 2012, followed by working as a Commercial Finance Analyst from June 2012 to May 2013.

In 2013, Jon joined Bell Bank as a Commercial Credit Officer, where they worked until April 2019. Afterward, they served as Vice President for Commercial Deposit Development from April 2019 to August 2020 and then as Vice President for Market Development from August 2020 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Market Development Director at Bell Bank.
