Tim Gauer has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Tim started their career at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker in 2006 and worked there until 2007. Tim then joined Northland Financial as a Credit Analyst and Business Banker from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to Midwest Leasing, Inc. and worked as a Leasing Rep until 2014, after which they were promoted to AVP Leasing Rep until 2015. Tim joined Bell Bank in 2015 where they initially served as Vice President - Leasing until 2018, when they were promoted to Vice President - Commercial Lender.
Tim Gauer attended the University of Mary from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
