Jonathan Maddox

Jonathan Maddox has diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Jonathan is currently serving as the Principal Flight Safety Engineer at Bell Flight, where they support the development of the V-280 Valor tiltrotor aircraft. Previously, they worked at L3Harris Technologies in various roles. As a Multi-Disciplinary Engineer, they conducted analyses to evaluate mission system design robustness and assessed risk criticality. Jonathan also served as the Structural Design Engineer Lead, managing workloads and schedules for structural engineers while also performing design duties. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Structural Design Engineer, specializing in systems integration and problem-solving for various aircraft manufacturers.

Jonathan Maddox pursued their education at Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jonathan then returned to education in 2017 and completed their Masters of Science in Management (MSM) from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2019. In 2020, they briefly attended The University of Kansas, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
