Shane Sowell has over 30 years of work experience in various industrial engineering roles. Shane started their career at ITT Goulds Pumps in 1990 as an Industrial Engineer and worked there until 1995. Shane then joined Siemens as a Senior Process Engineer from 1995 to 1997. After that, they worked at Lear Corporation as a Plant Technical Manager from 1997 to 2001. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Industrial Engineer at Bell Helicopter since 2001.
Shane Sowell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
