Bill Coulter

Bill Coulter is an accomplished meteorologist and performer with extensive experience in broadcasting and the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a meteorologist for CP24 Breakfast since November 2011, Bill provides weather updates and contributions to news programming. In addition, Bill has acted and hosted in various roles since 2010, including appearances on notable productions such as "Nikita" and "The Kennedy's." Prior experience includes a tenure as a meteorologist and weather anchor at Global News, where Bill co-produced travel features, and a role as a host/reporter for Rogers Communications. Early career development involved working at The Weather Network, where Bill transitioned from technical roles to on-air presentation. Bill holds a Certificate in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University.
