Steve Hancock

Steve Hancock has a strong background in accounting, finance, and compliance. Steve has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Steve started their career in 2006 at Steven D. Bell & Company as a Corporate Controller until 2009. Steve then joined Bell Partners Inc, where they held positions such as Vice President - Corporate Accounting from 2006 to 2017, Vice President - Compliance & Tax from 2017 onwards. In 2020, Steve joined Hawthorne Residential Partners as the SVP - Accounting & Reporting.

Steve Hancock attended High Point University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Steve has not received any additional certifications from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners.
