Most recently, before Bell Techlogix, Elliott was the Chief Information Officer for the City of Indianapolis & Marion County, where he was responsible for digital transformation initiatives and leading IT operations for the city.
Elliott is a University of Notre Dame graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
