Shawn Moore

As Vice President of Global Field Services, Mr. Moore is responsible for Deskside Services and IT Asset Management. Mr. Moore has 17+ years of experience in process management and production improvement achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. He has led hundreds of employees to provide creative, forward-thinking and clearly defined strategies that drive revenue and solve complex sales, operations, and internal challenges. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree and a MBA, with honors, from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
