Leonard Boyer is an experienced professional in facility operations and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Facility Operations at the Colorado Convention Center and Bellco Theatre since November 2023, overseeing 2.5 million square feet of convention and performance space. Previously, Boyer held the position of Technical Services Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions from December 2014 to November 2023, managing maintenance and facilities for a large campus. Boyer’s career includes significant roles at General Electric as a Senior Process Engineer and Maintenance Manager, where contributions included process development and efficiency improvements. Additional experience encompasses leadership in R&D and process engineering roles at various companies, notably in thin film and optical coatings. Boyer holds a BS in Engineering Physics from The Ohio State University and an MSEE in Optoelectronics/Thin Films from the University of New Mexico.
