Megan Wise

Megan Wise is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Head of People & Academy at Belle Property since May 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at McGrath Estate Agents from October 2009 to May 2023, including General Manager, General Manager of Agent Services, and Sales Operations Manager for NSW and QLD. In the latter position, Megan oversaw a substantial administration team and managed multiple divisions, demonstrating a strong passion for people, culture, and progression. Megan received education from Abbotsleigh, attending from 1974 to 1986.
