Bellfield Brewery
Keith Robertson has over nine years of experience in the brewing industry. Keith started their career in 2011 as a Brewer at KNOPS BEER COMPANY LTD, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the brewery. This included brewing on a 10hl Brewhouse, monitoring gravities and fermentation temperatures, and handling yeast propagation. Keith was also responsible for managing the Quality Management system, which was accredited by SALSA. In 2020, Keith joined Bellfield Brewery as the Head Brewer, where they currently hold the position.
Keith Robertson attended North Berwick High School from 1999 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in History & Politics at The University of Edinburgh from 2005 to 2009.

Bellfield Brewery
Bellfield Brewery is a new, family-run brewery with a mission: to craft-brew naturally Gluten Free beer that tastes great. Bellfield's Founders know from personal experience the grief that comes from not being able to find a delicious, UK-brewed, naturally gluten-free beer. We intend to put this right. We are the UK's first dedicated gluten-free brewery, producing beer in small batches, using traditional brewing methods combined with non-traditional ingredients: a combination of art and science.
