Caleb Norman

Caleb Norman is a technical lead at Bellhop, where responsibilities include building and managing infrastructure with tools such as Terraform, CircleCI, AWS, Kubernetes, ECS, and Docker, while developing backend applications that support a high-revenue business. Previous roles include software engineer and data analyst, utilizing SQL, Tableau, Python, Golang, AWS, and Salesforce to create business intelligence and operational tools. As the Pre-Academy/IDP Director and Coach for Chattanooga Football Club, leadership skills were further honed. Caleb also demonstrated management capabilities as a senior team leader at Target, overseeing store operations, talent development, and sales strategies, and began a career as an associate youth director at Redeeming Love Church. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from North Central University.
