Karen Busby is an experienced professional with a background in research and writing. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Bellomy Research, Inc. since October 2016, Karen also engages in freelance writing since September 2015. Previous roles include Staff Writer at Civitas Media, where responsibilities included event photography, news reporting, and editing. As a Freelance Writer for Forsyth Woman and Forsyth Family Magazines from January 2009 to October 2014, Karen conceptualized stories and conducted interviews. Additional experience includes a Customer Service Specialist position at Fleet Feet Sports, an Editor role at Winston-Salem Journal, and a Claims Associate position at Nationwide Insurance.
