Samantha Farrell

Samantha (Hughes) Farrell currently serves as the People and Culture Lead at Bellroy, starting in September 2023. Previously, Samantha worked at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism from January 2021 to July 2023, progressing from Senior Employee Relations Generalist to positions focused on employee relations and talent acquisition. Prior experience includes roles at DSUMC from March 2018 to January 2021, where Samantha held multiple positions culminating as Director of Youth Ministries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Humanities, both from Baylor University, with the Master’s degree completed in 2018 and the Bachelor’s degree in 2015.
