Andrew Dring

Andrew Dring is a seasoned land management professional currently serving as a Senior Land Manager at Bellway Homes since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as a Land Manager at Miller Homes Ltd and Thirteen Group, where responsibilities included the identification and acquisition of land for residential development and coordinating land bids. Andrew’s career began as an Assistant Land Buyer at Avant Homes, with earlier experience in operational roles at Barclaycard and customer service at Firstsource Solutions Limited and William Hill. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Stirling.
