Heidi Khoshtaghaza-Hay FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including construction, aviation, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Bellway Homes since October 2016, Heidi has held multiple HR leadership roles within the organization. Prior to Bellway Homes, significant contributions were made as an HR Advisor at Newcastle International Airport and Northumberland HR for Schools, where services were delivered across numerous entities and schools. Earlier career experiences include roles at Great Western Ambulance Service and Bradford and Bingley, where HR support was provided to large teams. Heidi graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) and additional qualifications in Information Systems and Human Resource Management, complemented by health and safety training from Newcastle Fire Training Academy.
