Josh Cramer

Josh Cramer is a seasoned professional in land management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Land Manager at Bellway Homes since November 2024, Josh previously held similar roles at Guildmore Ltd. and Joseph Homes, where responsibilities included land acquisition and management. A strong foundation in land services was established at Stirling Ackroyd as a Land Agent. Prior to these roles, Josh gained diverse experience in various capacities, including Personal Assistant to a UHNW individual and a Ceremonies Assistant for London 2012. Educationally, Josh holds a BA (Hons) in German from the University of Bristol and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of the West of England.
