Jonathan Shapiro is currently the Managing Director at Bellwether. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Director at Lightstone, where Jonathan led loan asset management efforts. Jonathan also served as a Senior Vice President at Revere Capital, focusing on sourcing and structuring real estate bridge loans. With experience as a Director of Originations at Maxim Capital Group and Vice President at NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., Jonathan has a strong background in real estate finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern University, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
