Trevon Erickson is currently involved in Investment Management at Starwood Property Trust, contributing to loan underwriting for new issue B-Piece investments in the CMBS securitization process, conducting due diligence through market research, and evaluating loans in legacy CMBS positions. Trevon has also undergone training in various stages of the CMBS securitization process. Previously, Trevon served as a MAP D-League Fellow at Make A Play Foundation, participating in a 12-month professional development program aimed at enhancing skills for underrepresented students. Additionally, Trevon gained experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined, where involvement included evaluating a real estate deal for a mixed-use asset in Northwest Washington, D.C. Trevon is pursuing a degree in Government Modified with Economics at Dartmouth College, expected to graduate in 2024.
