Mary Claire Dismukes

Mary Claire Dismukes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career development and counseling. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Career and Professional Development at Belmont University, Mary Claire leads a team of five in supporting over 8,000 students and 30,000 alumni. Previous roles include Workforce Development Manager at the Metropolitan Action Commission, where Mary Claire launched pilot programs to enhance job skills, and Assistant Director at Saint Joseph's University, where Mary Claire increased student and employer engagement. Additional experience includes career coaching at Temple University and various leadership roles in education and community service, complemented by a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
