Stefan Gulinck is a seasoned network professional with extensive experience in various roles at Belnet since January 2011, including Network Architect, Network Engineer, and Technical Advisor, where responsibilities involve guiding customers in connecting to the Belnet backbone and optimizing their network architecture. Prior to Belnet, Stefan served as an ICT Coordinator at Ghent University from June 2009 to January 2011 and worked as an IT consultant at Volvo from June 2005 to May 2009, focusing on the installation of DMS platforms across Europe using server/client architecture on a Linux platform. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Economie en Bedrijfskunde (2003) and a Master's degree in Political Science, European Studies/Civilization (2003) from Ghent University, alongside an earlier education in Moderne Talen Wiskunde from Sint Jan Bergmanscollege (1997).
