Francisco Dollero

Francisco Dollero is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail, growth, and real estate management. As the Retail, Growth and Real Estate Director at Ben & Frank since January 2020, Francisco has spearheaded the expansion and operations of over 120 stores in Mexico, achieving an average of three to four store openings per month and significantly increasing sales and EBITDA. Prior to this role, Francisco held various leadership positions at Shasa for over a decade, including COO and Real Estate Director, where responsibilities included managing 100 stores and overseeing more than 1,200 employees.
