Sarah Mennell

Sarah Mennell is an experienced People Operations professional with a solid background in driving strategic operations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at BENlabs since August 2023, Sarah previously held roles at SAGE Publishing as an Executive Business Partner and Executive Assistant to the COO, focusing on leadership development, DEI, and employee relations. Earlier experience includes managing cases at Fertility Miracles, where Sarah utilized strong communication skills to support surrogacy journeys, and serving as a Recreational Leader II for the City of Santa Clarita, responsible for community programs and relationship management. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge.
