Prior to this role, Matthew Paul worked as a Design Engineer at White Oak Display & Design and as a Senior Project Engineer at Emjay Display, specializing in POP displays and manufacturing. With a background in industrial and product design from Rochester Institute of Technology, Matthew has also held positions such as Senior Product Designer at Product Systems International and Frame Shop Designer at Ben Franklin Craft. Early in their career, Matthew Paul was a Retail Sales Associate at Eastern Mountain Sports, showcasing their passion for outdoor gear.
