Prior experience includes a role as Senior HR at United Information Highway from June 2000 to February 2006, where responsibilities encompassed managing day-to-day HR functions and overseeing the recruitment process for various positions, ensuring timely and cost-efficient hiring through multiple channels such as job postings and local job fairs.
