Alina Drebin is a Software Engineer at Benchling since April 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Plenty® from January 2020 to April 2023. Alina also worked as a Data Science Contractor and Data Science Intern at Plenty, focusing on developing internal data analysis tools and R visualization packages. Earlier experience includes serving as an Ecological Data Management Fellow at the Environmental Data Initiative, where Alina curated ecological data for the University of Michigan Biological Station and presented at the 2018 Organization of Biological Field Stations Annual Meeting. Additionally, Alina completed a Statistics Forecasting Research Internship at MetService, analyzing forecasting algorithms. Alina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and graduated from Palo Alto High School.
