Jeff Bellsey is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading web application development and managing technology infrastructures. Currently a Software Engineer at Benchling since January 2019, Jeff previously held the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer at Lookout, where responsibilities included front-end leadership and architecture for public-facing applications. As proprietor of Future Ground, Jeff specialized in web development and technology consulting, focusing on mobile and web applications. With significant roles as CTO at Evolving Wisdom and EnlightenNext, Jeff oversaw major product launches and managed teams of programmers. Earlier experience includes lead software development at TreeAge Software, contributing to an award-winning risk-analysis suite. Jeff holds a degree from MIT, completed between 1986 and 1990.
