James Kline has extensive experience in CNC programming and engineering spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a CNC Programmer at Benchmade Knife Co since April 2015, James utilizes Mastercam and GibbsCam with advanced machinery including Mori Seiki and Haas mills. Previously, James held the position of Lead Manufacturing Engineer at Climax Portable Machining & Welding Systems, where responsibilities included multi-axis programming and fixture design. Earlier roles include CNC Programmer and Project Manager at Phoenix Machine & Design Inc, Process Engineer and Supervisor at Benchmade Knife Company, and CNC Programmer at Stanley Hydraulic Tools, alongside early experience as a Machinist at Production Parts. James Kline's foundational education includes graduation from Benson Polytechnic High School in 1979.
