Robert Moore is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product management and process engineering. Currently serving as a Product Program Manager and Lead Engineer at BENCHMADE since June 2022, Robert oversees technical aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) and leads a team of nine engineers, contributing to significant annual revenue. Prior to this role, Robert held positions at Tektronix as a Process Engineering Manager, overseeing a team responsible for a high-value manufacturing facility, and at Leatherman Tool Group as a Lead Project Engineer, where Robert managed successful NPIs. Previous experience includes positions at Oracle and NAVSEA, focusing on quality assurance and design leadership. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
