Arjan Floris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development. Since September 2015, Floris has served as General Manager and Senior Program Director at Benchmark, overseeing various roles that include Program Director and Manager of Program Management. In addition, since June 2018, Floris has been a Committee Member at the TOP Pre-Seed Fund, which supports innovative startups in Twente. Prior to Benchmark, Floris co-founded Medimate, where roles included Operations Manager and R&D Manager from 2005 to 2014. Floris also gained research experience as a Researcher at the University of Twente and completed an engineering internship at Sercalo. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, along with multiple educational experiences from institutions such as Hanze and OSG De Groene Driehoek.
