Jim Schuster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Benchmark Electronics since March 2019, Jim focuses on bringing newly designed medical products through early test development. Prior to this role, Jim spent eight years at IBM in various positions, including Test Engineer, Test Strategy, and Program Management, leveraging early experience in System Test. Jim's career began as a Test Engineer at Celestica and later transitioned to Process Engineering at TRW. Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has further education from the University of Minnesota.
