Currently serving as Regional Director of Human Resources at Benchmark Hospitality at DU since September 2010, Mike has played a pivotal role in managing human resources for Deloitte's Hotel & Conference Center, a premier leadership development facility. Prior roles include Human Resources Employment Manager at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Attractions, where Mike managed large teams and oversaw significant recruitment efforts. Mike's career also includes training and development leadership roles at Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando Resort and various operational and human resources positions at Walt Disney World Resort. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice / Pre-Law from the University of West Florida.
