Barbara Minch

Barbara Minch is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Human Resources at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company since March 2018, Barbara has also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Benchmark Hospitality at The Heldrich Hotel since 2006. Barbara's extensive tenure with Benchmark Hospitality began in 1985, during which multiple titles such as Director of Human Resources and Director of HR were held. Prior to this, Barbara served as Director of Human Resources at The North Maple Inn at Basking Ridge from 2002 to 2006 and held the same position at Forsgate Country Club from 1986 to 2001. Barbara's background also includes human resources roles at Matrix Hospitality at Forsgate Country Club from 1989 to 1991.
