Nabeel Qadeer

Nabeel Qadeer, PMP®, serves as a Strategic Advisor at Lahore University of Management Sciences since June 2025. Previously, Nabeel held the position of Deputy Group CEO at BenchMatrix from November 2023 to June 2025, where significant achievements included launching a fintech subsidiary in KSA, designing regional go-to-market strategies, securing over 15 partnerships, and enhancing digital branding. Nabeel also led and produced the business reality show "Idea Croron Ka" while founding the YOU Company, which focuses on coaching and organizational transformation. As CEO of DirAction Skills, Nabeel worked to develop technology training and recruitment for Pakistan's workforce. Additional roles include being the Chairman of Commonwealth Youth Innovation Hub Pakistan and serving as an author and board member for various organizations. Nabeel's educational background includes degrees from Strathclyde Business School and National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
