Damian Smith is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting at Benefact Group since August 2019. Prior to this role, Damian held the position of Senior Finance Manager at Nationwide Building Society from November 2014 to March 2022. Earlier in the career, Damian worked as a Director at Hazlewoods from July 2010 to October 2014 and as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP in London from 2005 to 2010. Damian is a graduate of the University of Surrey.
