Julian Thorne is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Benefact Group since September 2022. Previously, Julian worked at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group from March 2005 to January 2023, holding various roles, including Service Delivery Manager and IT Service Management Specialist. In these positions, Julian excelled in designing IT service strategies, championing ITIL best practices, and managing Service Level Agreements. Additionally, Julian led the adoption of new technology across the organization and developed comprehensive IT training programs. Julian holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Online and Distance Learning from The Open University and a Certificate of Education from the University of Plymouth, alongside experience as a Senior IT Trainer at New Horizons.
