Christie Fleischer is the current CEO of Benefit Cosmetics. Christie was previously the Head of Global Consumer Products at Netflix from September 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at The Walt Disney Company from 2016 to 2018, including Senior Vice President of Retail & Merchandising for Theme Parks & Resorts, Vice President of Disney California Adventure & Downtown Disney, and Senior Vice President of Retail Development. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Director of Merchandise for Softlines at The Walt Disney Company.

Christie Fleischer has an MBA from the University of Southern California. Christie also has an MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
