Ryan then joined Bain Capital Credit, where they served as a Finance Associate and Senior Associate on the Complex Transaction Management Team. Ryan's responsibilities included daily cash and position reconciliation, processing portfolio activity, and acting as an administrative agent on multiple bank loan and equity securities. Currently, Ryan is serving as the Vice President of CLO Operations at Benefit Street Partners, where they are responsible for overseeing the operations of CLOs. With their extensive experience and expertise in financial operations, Ryan has demonstrated their ability to handle complex transactions and contribute to the success of their organizations.
Ryan Jong, CFA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis at Boston College from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they attended the Investment Banking Institute for an unspecified degree and field of study. Prior to their college education, Ryan attended St. Margaret's Episcopal School from 2005 to 2009. In October 2018, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
