Krista Eger has a background in nursing education with coursework completed at Golden West College from 2004 to 2005, and general studies pursued at El Camino College from 2001 to 2003. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2022. Additionally, they have received several industry-specific certifications from LOMA, including the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) certifications in 2018, and the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) certification in 2013.
