Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Beneo since May 2012, Ann previously held the position of Quality Manager at Brouwerij Van Steenberge, focusing on quality system implementation and optimization. Ann's tenure at Danone spanned from 1997 to 2010, with roles including Quality Manager, Method Engineer, and Shift Leader, where significant contributions to product quality and process optimization were made. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Comprimo. Ann holds a degree in Chemistry-biochemistry from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, earned between 1988 and 1992.
