Gunes (Aslan) Sonsaat is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over 15 years in various HR roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Benetton Group in Turkey and the Middle East since October 2022, Gunes holds prior significant positions at Penti, including Employee Experience & Internal Communication Business Leader and Senior Employee Experience and Internal Communication. Gunes also contributed to HR functions at Bestseller and DHL, with responsibilities encompassing recruitment, training, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives. Gunes obtained a degree from Istanbul University and completed earlier education at İstek Bilge Kagan High School.
